Bob Perry
Owner & HVAC Technician
Bob has over 21 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry and holds an Associate’s Degree in Specialized Technology in Refrigeration & HVAC. After years of working in the field, Bob started Perry Performance with a simple goal: to provide honest, reliable service while being present for his family and serving the community he calls home.
As a father and local business owner, Bob understands how important comfort, safety, and dependability are for homeowners. His approach is straightforward—treat every home with the same care and attention he would expect for his own.
A Family Effort
While Bob handles the day-to-day service and installations, Perry Performance is very much supported by the family. His wife Jackie, helps keep things organized behind the scenes while also running her own pallet liquidation business and managing their busy household.
Tyler occasionally assists with projects when schedules allow. As a contractor himself, he brings valuable hands-on experience and an extra set of skilled hands for larger jobs and installations.
Camden joined the business after graduating and has been helping with installations and service work over the past couple of years. He enjoys learning the trade and gaining experience while working alongside Bob and Tyler.
Emmitt lends a hand whenever help is needed and enjoys learning the ins and outs of the trade. When school is out during the summer, he looks forward to taking on a bigger role and gaining more experience working alongside his dad.
The Youngest Members of the Perry family are currently focused on school and sports, but they enjoy being around the business and may one day follow in their dad’s footsteps — though they might argue they’re already in charge.
